Concerning our Hydro Investment: The installation of the first VLH turbines in Canada is moving along well, the previously anticipated time frame of late 2012 is still the target. Below are some of the latest events that have transpired since the last report.

Coastal has paid the Hydro One fees and are planning to meet with them around the 27th to establish the interconnection construction schedule. The site construction permit process is also well underway.

Our turbine drawings are being finalized; component drawings and sourcing of Canadian items is in the process as well.

The MNR lease agreement process is underway and Corp Finance is working on their debt financing due diligence. Coastal is working with NRCan on the ECO Energy funding approval due diligence. All of the Wasdell Falls LP agreements have been finalized and accounts have been setup.

MJ2 has hired a North American rep based in Toronto and Coastal indoctrinating him with the project. Finally, Discussions underway with DFO regarding future use of the Wasdell site towards fish impact testing of Ontario species.
